With more than two decades of international experience in business development and marketing across the aviation industry, Nora Akcha has built a strong track record of driving strategic growth, market expansion, and high-value sales for some of the sector’s leading MROs, aircraft trading and technical asset management companies.
She has held senior leadership positions, including Sales and Marketing Director, where she led international commercial strategies and built long-term partnerships with airlines, lessors, and MROs across Europe, the Middle East and beyond. Her decade of expatriate experience in Dubai and Malta provided her with a unique perspective on diverse aviation markets and stakeholder ecosystems.
Nora holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and Management and brings extensive expertise in commercial strategy, global key account management, and customer-focused aviation solutions.
She is passionate about the transformation of aviation through sustainability, decarbonization, and regional air mobility innovations, believing that innovation must extend beyond technology to include new business models and collaborative partnerships.
